💛 Free Activites That Foster Gratitude💛

It’s that time of year when we start reflecting on gratitude and the things we’re thankful for. For some, expressing gratitude comes naturally, but for others, it can be more challenging. Just like Zelly in the WorryWoo storybook The Monster Who Wanted It All, seeing what others have can sometimes spark feelings of overwhelm or envy. To help kick off a conversation about the importance of appreciating what we already have, we’ve put together a list of some of our favorite holiday activities. Let’s take time this season to celebrate gratitude and the joy of sharing.
